Stand-Alone Nail Trimming Appointments

Keeping your dog’s nails at a suitable length is an important part of maintaining their comfort, mobility, posture, and overall foot health.

When a dog’s nails become too long, they can affect the way the foot sits on the ground. This can alter the dog’s natural posture and gait, placing unnecessary pressure on the toes, joints, legs, and body. Over time, overgrown nails can cause discomfort and may contribute to changes in how your dog walks, stands, and moves.

Some dogs naturally wear their nails down through regular walking, while others do not. This depends on the individual dog and a range of factors, including their weight, gait, how they distribute pressure through their feet, how often they are walked, the surfaces they walk on, and how quickly their nails grow.

For many dogs, regular nail trimming is needed to help keep their feet comfortable and in good condition.

Fab Dogz offers standalone nail trimming appointments, which can be booked separately from full grooming appointments. This is ideal for dogs who do not need a full groom but still require regular nail maintenance.

Standalone nail trimming appointments are available to residents in Bridgend and some surrounding areas.

If you would like to enquire or book an appointment, you can either complete the enquiry form and indicate that you are interested in standalone nail trimming appointments, or send a message to 07834 188034 and I will be in touch to arrange an appointment for you.
